In 1998 Vic appeared for the first time on two cdroms (FunRom and WinterVic) that were published by Spectrum, a Dutch publisher.
The cdroms featured a collection of wallpapers, icons, screensavers, sounds and other "system enhancements", along with a couple of 3D movieclips.
After that Vic> had a leading role on a series of four educational cdroms (Rekenroms). On each title he played a different role, from gnome, to caveman, guard or bank clerk.
