I have worked as a teacher for several years. I noticed that, while schools did have computers, there was very little software available.
That was almost 20 years back. The situation has improved, but there is still a shortage in educational software that is both user friendly (for teachers as well as pupils)
and didactically sound.
There is a lot that can be said about this, there is also a lot that can be done. I mainly try to contribute in the second department.
For this I use the company name Onwijs, which has it's own website where you can find more detailed information.
